Royal Fresh is the branded name for a new AI platform for fresh food operations — conceived, architected, and built by Hardik Choksi, and co-owned by Royal BP Corporation, which licenses the underlying technology from him.
Royal BP's 43 stores and restaurants are the proving ground for the pilot. After the pilot phase, Royal Fresh will be further developed and supported by Blue River Labs Inc., the technology startup founded by Hardik Choksi, as the platform rolls out to grocers, convenience operators, and farmers nationwide.
